This tripod is excellent on uneven ground and is exceptionally light.
So many birders dont realize that the Owls are in the trees, a spotting scope on a tripod or window mount is so much more effective in finding birds before even taking the cover off of your lens.
Watching the owls at night is incredible, walk through owl woods and see what you are missing
Came in for a coffee and bought a spotting scope. The owls are often roosting in the trees, and its easier to spot them with my scope
